PSC Workers Compensation Services and PSC SafeX have officially come together under a single, unified brand: WorkRisk IQ.

Effective from January 2026, this consolidation marks a major step forward for dedicated workers compensation services in the Australian market.

WorkRisk IQ’s evolution reflects a long-term commitment to smarter, more integrated workplace risk solutions.

CEO Kirsty Roser said the journey began in 2015, when PSC Insurance Brokers launched workers compensation services with a single team member dedicated to helping clients navigate complex risk environments.

“In 2018, the acquisition of WCS expanded the offering to include injury management services and the team grew to 11. The 2020 acquisition of SafeX further broadened the organisation’s capabilities, adding specialist safety consulting and deepening its ability to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end support.”

Today, WorkRisk IQ is a standalone advisory service, powered by a team of 40 specialists across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth, Newcastle and Shepparton. This national footprint positions the business for continued growth and greater client impact, backed by the strength and strategic vision of the Envest Group.

CEO Kirsty Roser said the launch represents both continuity and progress: “Bringing these teams together under WorkRisk IQ allows us to deliver a more seamless, intelligent, and proactive approach to workplace risk.

“Our clients still receive the same trusted expertise—they now benefit from an even broader, more integrated capability designed to support safer, healthier, and more resilient workplaces.”

The new brand is supported by a refreshed digital presence, showcasing the expanded service offering and reinforcing WorkRisk IQ’s commitment to innovation, clarity and client-centric support.
