About the Initiative
Building on the Spirit of ACT
Envest for Good is a new initiative designed to support grassroots organisations and community-led projects that make a real difference in people’s lives.
Building on the impact of ACT, the Ardonagh Group’s registered charity, this fund brings that same generosity and purpose closer to home—allowing Envest employees to give back even more, supported by our broader network.

Our mission is guided by four key principles that shape how we give, support, and grow together:
Employee-Driven Giving
Empowering Our People to Make a Difference
This fund is powered by our people. Envest employees can apply for gifts of up to $3,000 to support causes close to their hearts—whether it’s a local youth program, a health initiative, or a grassroots charity making a real difference in their community.
Each month, up to $15,000 in total gifts will be distributed to employee-driven causes, turning individual passion into shared impact.
Our Commitment to Giving Back
Turning generosity into action.
We’re proud to share that we raised over $120,000 for our new community foundation, Envest for Good, during the Envest Broking Conference. Through this initiative, we’re supporting local communities with employee-driven projects that make a real difference.
At the conference, we donated $50,000 to five incredible causes: Hummingbird House, Mindful Aus, The University of Sydney (Frontier FTD Research Clinic), Be Centre Foundation, and the Children’s Hospital Foundation.
This milestone reflects our shared commitment to giving back and creating a positive impact—within our industry and beyond.
Governance & Structure

Envest for Good is overseen by a dedicated committee, including representatives from across the Envest Group and aligned with the governance principles of the Ardonagh Community Trust. This ensures transparency, consistency, and impact in every decision we make.
Employees from across the Envest Group can apply for Envest For Good Gifts of up to $3,000 to be distributed to charitable and grass roots causes of their choice.
